Retaliation

Retaliation is a stat that provides the character thorns damage. In other words, this stat calculates the amount of damage enemies suffer when successfully attacking the player. The higher the number, the more damage returned to the enemy. Retaliation damage does not reduce damage taken by the player nor can it be a critical hit.
